Bought 2 Jackets
I’m much impressed by how the company handled my order last week. The customer support team was very much impressive and explained every necessary detail about the whole process. They emailed me order confirmation details and informed me when the order was dispatched. What’s more, the delivery team arrived on time as the customer service had informed me and they were very professional and friendly. My 2 jackets were well packaged and in good condition. I definitely recommend this company to my friends and family and will order again in the future. I loved the quality of the products and their warmth is incomparable.

Do NOT under any circumstances use this company.
I ordered a product which said it would ship in a week and it ended up arriving three weeks later.
I then opened the box to find the product had no tags attached and looked like it had been used...then realised it was actually the wrong products.
After a lengthy discussion over several emails they offered to refund me the cost of the product but not the original shipping so I am out of pocket for their mistake or $200 of the $560 I spent if I keep the product. I just want a refund OR the actual product that I paid for is that so much to ask? They also take forever to communicate with you besides telling you the appropriate department will get back to you.
This company is a joke and should be ashamed at how they conduct business.
I ended up using snowcountry.eu instead who shipped within a week, were cheaper and had excellent customer service when I asked questions.
