onestly, I have no words for the situation I'm in. I have sold some phones in the past to this company, without having had any problems and receiving the payment in the promised time. About three weeks ago I sold galaxy zfold 6 for almost 1k£ . After waiting for the payment for a few days and not receiving anything, I contacted customer service. After repeated e-mails they answer me and send me a receipt with the payment but to an incorrect account number. They tell me that I have to wait for the money to come back to be able to make the payment again and they blame me for having entered the wrong data. I don't understand how it's possible since in the past I've received other payments from them on the same account. After a few days I receive an email telling me that the money has returned and will be transferred back to the "exact" account. After waiting 3/4 days I contacted them again and they told me that the money did not come back by changing precisely the previous version. I ask that my phone be returned as I have not received any payment and they decline my request. In total, almost 3 weeks have passed and the money at stake is not a small amount of money. I send an email and I don't answer. At this point I feel cheated. My bank told me that if the data had been wrong the payment would not be successful, and that in the rare case the money was sent would be returned in 3/5 days, because the holder and the account number do not match. Poor customer service and does not offer adequate assistance, I will report where possible. I feel robbed and scammed. I have all the emails as proof of what happened. I strongly advise against it, go somewhere else if you don't want to lose money and phone. This story has become a nightmare.
