Bought a Leather Jacket
It is my first time ordering from motoin.de and I ordered a Richa Normandie, leather jacket in September. The package was delivered fast but somehow, the UPS shipping delivered it to the wrong address and therefore, I never received my package. I emailed motoin.de to confirm that I never received the item and therefore they contacted UPS which confirmed that they delivered to a different address. The company had promised to ship a replacement if UPS confirms to have sent the package to a different package but when they did, motoin.de went MIA. Ever since I have been emailing them without getting any kind of reply from them. I would recommend them.
