Terrible Customer Service
I wanted a present for my niece and saw a necklace that would be appropriate. I put the necklace in my cart and when a bit later I went to check out, it said that my cart was empty. SO I placed another necklace in my cart. When I went to check out, I did not see that the first necklace now also appeared. I did not see the problem until I hit the final button and saw the final price. I immediately tried to contact the company but their website makes that almost impossible and they do not take phone calls. This morning I receive an email telling me that I can return the unwanted item. IT'S A GIFT. They said it had already been processed. It had not yet shipped. This is terrible customer service and apparently they like it that way since getting in touch is made very difficult. I had to search on the internet how to even send an email to the right department. Beware before you purchase from Lily and Roo - a mistake that I will never make again.
