Bought a Couple of Blazers and Jackets
Two weeks ago, I purchased some blazers and jackets from LA Redoute and I have to confess that the ordering process was an easy one. Unfortunately, I experienced a problem with the delivery of an item that I had purchased. The delivery team missed my address and delivered it to the wrong address. I immediately reached out to the customer support team about the issue and they were really helpful in handling my concerns. Two days later, I have been able to retrieve my item. The clothes are well wrapped, packaged, and of good quality. I would love to recommend the company to anyone looking for quality services.

Terrible customer service. Delivered the wrong item, item was returned, when asked to refund cost of return because of their error they insisted a photo be sent of "the defect" in the item. We explained that there was no defect, it was just the wrong item, and that it had already been sent so no photo could be taken. They could not understand this so we just requested the refund for the item and not the return cost but they became unpleasant in the email exchange and have now stopped replying. Avoid at all costs.
