If I could give this zero I would. I bought a ring following my dads death as I wanted him with my at all times. I was thrilled when the ring arrived and it was beautiful. However, 4 days of wearing it without cleaning or doing anything manually (I work from home, computer based), the ring bent and became miss-shaped. This is a white gold ring and I have 3 other white gold rings which I have not removed in years and none of them have gone out of shape. I took pictures of the ring and said how disappointed I was and was told that I could replace the ring but pay for the postage return. I refused and said that I had not expected a ring that I had paid over £600 to damage after 4 days. The ring was returned and I asked for it to be back in time for my family trip to Australia as I wanted my dad to be part of this experience......it wasn't and months after it arrived. Again, I wore this for 2 days and the same thing happened but this time a diamond fell out. I wasn't happy at all and was told, after several arguments and threats to go to trading standards, that this would be the last time they repair my ring. Again, this is meant to be a white gold ring and is not advertised as an "only wear on special occasions ring as it damages quickly". Months later, and having to send more ashes as they had lost them, my ring arrived. The ring had been in service being repaired for longer than I had actually worn it. I decided, that the ring is not fit to be worn daily and have therefore only taken it out on special evenings which completely goes against why I purchased the ring in the first place. 3 occasions of wearing my ring and a diamond has fallen out, this is just from simply going out for a meal and using my right hand to eat and drink. I cannot be bothered to return the ring for a third time as I am exhausted arguing with this company. The reviews on here are good and I am all for supporting a small Company, but the ring is not as sold and certainly not up to par. The company show no empathy and should be trained when dealing with such sensitive customers. I would not recommend purchasing rings or using this company in future. I dispute the fact that they actually used white gold and will be taking it to a local shop to check its authenticity.
