Bought an incubator

I have had issues with a product I bought but what I pride myself in when using this company is the fact that once I sent them an email, they don’t give an excuse but rather solve the issue. This very reason shows that they deserve a 5-star review. I ordered an egg incubator recently as I am a part-time farmer and would love to hatch some eggs. My package was delivered yesterday and from the look of things, it is perfect. Since I have constantly emailed the company with several issues and they have shown me good faith, I’m confident that should my incubator have a problem, they’ll gladly help. I highly recommend this company!

Icecream mashine

Warning for Expondo!

We bought a soft ice cream machine from Expondo and after three weeks of use it started BURNING. We then complained about the machine and after a lot of ifs and buts they took the machine back to repair the machine.

The repair process took a long time and after many months they ruled out the machine and had to replace it with a new one. This process also took time and after 6 months of nagging and follow-ups, they did not want to replace us with a new machine but instead pay back the purchase price- This is extremely strange as they at the time sold the same machine on their e-commerce. They probably took this shortcut because the machine became more expensive during this year of repair and they saved a few thousand bucks on not replacing the machine.

They have consistently acted with unreasonable foul play and said that the machine is not available even though it says that it is available. They have even guaranteed that the machine would not come back into stock within 12 months. Now after six months, the machine is back in stock and they refuse to deliver it to me.

This is the strangest case I have been involved in and all of my companies have stopped trading with Expondo. Unfortunately, this case has cost us an unreasonable amount of time during working hours and I wish I had bought the machine from a serious dealer instead.

As I said, I want to warn against Expondo.

multicooker

I live in Helsinki - Finland, and bought a multicooker from Expondo because their advertising is so good. The machine arrived later than I thought, and it arrived when I was not home ( away for a month for private mater), and when I was back, check on the machine, it was not working properly (some buttons of the machine don't work). I contacted customer service and their answer was: send the machine to them, and they will have a free fix for me ( yes, they have to fix it because they sent me the machine which cannot use). I sent it to their address, and it took 21 days to arrive at their address. Expondo will take some time to fix and send back to me later (approximately another 21 days to ship and some more days to fix).
Conclusion: after more than 3 months of paying full money, I don't have the machine to use, and I don't know how long Expondo will take to fix the machine. The way customer service responds like I have to take it because that's the way it is. I feel so stupid to buy things from Expondo.
If I would go to the electrical shop nearby ( for example Giganti), I would have a proper machine to use, and in case of the machine doesn't work properly, Giganti always changes the new one immediately.
Do not buy anything from Expondo if you are not stupid.

i ordered a beauty therapy trolley, item arrived in perished packaging, item was clearly used and returned, had rusty feet, broken castors, missing plastic trim, whole item was dirty and scratched, customer service said i had to source my own replacement packaging as original had perished. customer service offered me 20% discount or i could return the dirty, broken trolley, customer service sent me an evri label, had to try 4 shops before my parcel was accepted, drop off shops said parcel was too big for the type of return label issued ???
still in the process of getting replacement item/refund. disgusting customer service experience, will not buy from then again, dr hasan emzi skin clinic manchester. undoubtedly there will be an expondo customer service response to this review claiming it is false and i have "got things wrong" do not trust them, order from expondo at your peril!
