Available to customers are payment methods credit and debit cards, Amazon Pay and PayPal services, while BillyOh also offers lines of credit via Hitachi Personal Finance on orders over £600. Customers can choose to pay in periods of 24, 36, or 48-month instalments. This can be selected from the checkout process. BillyOh offers free shipping on all items under 30kg and under 1.5m in height across most postcodes on mainland United Kingdom. Gingerbread Junior Playhouse
We ordered The Junior Playhouse and we were told that they would be delivered in 3 days. When It finally got here, we had to wait a while as the weather did not allow for us to start building the playhouse. We started building it after a week and It came with screws and nails in the same packaging which took us a while to sort. It was a little challenging to construct the Playhouse but we managed to build it in 2 days. The instructions that included the pictures helped us piece the parts together. The roofing took us a while but came out perfect.
GARDEN SHED
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THESE CLOWNS. I ORDERED A SHED WITH A DELIVERY DATE OF 7 DAYS, AFTER 21 DAYS, THEY SAY IT COULD BE ANOTHER 30-45 WORKING DAYS, YET THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING DELIVRY IN 7 DAYS. IF I HAD MORE TIME, I WOULD REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS FOR BEING MISSLEADING AND DISHONEST. I HAVE EMAILS TO BACK ALL THIS UP. ALSO, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT VERY POOR QUALITY, SO MAYBE I SHOULD BE GREATFUL MINE NEVER ARRIVED !

Unfortunately I'm another unhappy and out pocket customer who sadly purchase BillyOh products. It been 3 months now between seller, myself and amazon to send all purchase back. Seller always refused to refund because I reported missing and damaged parts after 30 days when I had time for it and I didn't expect it to be bend, cracked, wrong sizes or missing parts. Amazon authorised to send back for a full refund plus any fee paid by me to send it back. Who can afford pay over £1000 to send back a bulk item weigh over 500kg after spend over £1600 on the summer house? Not many people this days have £1000 spared in the bank.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that any goods purchased from a trader should be of satisfactory quality and therefore free from defect and as it was delivered to the customer it is up to the seller to have it collected or pay the costs of return postage. The consumer should not be put out of pocket for faulty goods.
So it been a nightmare with all that storage in the garage occupying all of it.
Seller keep saying it already passed over 30 days so they not accept it back or collect it from me to full refund. They only did offer parts replacement or partial refund as a gesture of good will. I asked for the replacement parts and over a week nothing decided when it would be sent so I asked a friend joiner to sort these and finish the summer house. Seller refuse to refund these even they would spend lots more with delivery etc so I ended up having extra £200 on top of the summer house costings and in the end the joiner told me the quality of the wood are very concerning how it will be standing after a strong windy day or heavy rains.
Trader standers already been contacted because sellers like these shouldn't been in the market rip off their customers with products with falsely items discrived, poor quality, wrong sizes sent, missing parts etc.
Other thing, the PDF instructions they sent you will need a degree to find the parts and how to put it together as the parts didn't come with numbers or letters etc. Read all company products reviews in their amazon page and Google other reviews online before purchasing it.
Just one word of advice for all future buyers. AVOID.
Playhouse
We ordered a playhouse in June via Ebay which was delivered at the end of July. It took us 1 week just to get the assembly instructions from BillyOh (by email) as they were not included in the pack.
To our despair we had so many issues it was ridiculous – we found that panels which abutted each other were stained different colours (meaning we had to paint to playhouse), identical parts were of vastly different sizes and not square, splits and protruding staples & nails were prevalent throughout the panels, the window acrylic did not fit into the window apertures, the roofing felt is of poor quality, tearing like paper and the bunk bed sticks across the doorway due to design fault. To compound matters we were also sent incorrect panels (4 of the same hand instead of 2 pairs) and the wrong roof was included.
After we complained to them about the issues and missing items they told us to return the playhouse if we are unsatisfied but would charge us a collection fee of £118! By this time we had already started assembly so this was not practical.
Eventually the missing parts were delivered (to our neighbours – wrong address on the package) 1 month after we requested them. Due to how poorly the panels were made and that they did not fit together we had to employ a carpenter to complete the assembly, buy extra materials and paint it. It cost us an extra £350 to fix all the issues. BillyOh refused to give us any discount for the extra expenses occurred due to the poor quality of their workmanship.
Avoid them at all costs or you will pay the price, literally!
