I have been buying wine from this company for the last one month and the whole process has been wonderful. The customer service has always been helpful in the minor occasions where I have had issues. For example, in my recent wine order about a week ago, my order was running late and the customer support had emailed me the specific delivery date. When I reached out to customer service about the issue, the company support emailed me back and informed me that they would look into the issue. I got a replacement the following day. This service is absolute and definitely top-notch.
