A 2006 Australian Mitolo Shiraz wine bottle

I was happy with everything and even the quality of the wine the company provided. However, one important step went amiss! The delivery time. I had ordered from the company a 2006 Australian Mitolo Shiraz wine bottle for £84 which was to be purposefully used in my girlfriend's birthday celebration. However, the delivery team never turned up. Apart from that, the customer service team was perfect and kept me informed on everything else including the delivery schedule. I emailed them today asking about the wine delivery. The customer service apologized and rescheduled delivery again. I hope everything goes well. Due to the courteous customer service, I would highly recommend it.
