Purchased Suspension
I love several things about this company. First, their products are affordable than most of the stores that are selling auto parts. Secondly, it was easy to order from their site because the company has responsive customer care that guides you through what could work well for you. Number three, the delivery team is wonderful and quick. They deliver within a day or two days utmost depending on your order. Lastly, the company offers easy returns. for example, I mistakenly ordered more suspensions than I needed. When I contacted the customer team, it was very easy to return the excesses and get a refund processed within the same week. Very competent. I highly recommend it.
NEW Loctite 243 Medium Strength
They sent to me the wrong item. I contacted Demon Tweeks customer services. They replied requesting a picture of the wrong item they sent to me. I sent to them the picture. Never heard of them again. I sent two e-mails to Demon Tweeks customer services. No reply from them. Terrible. Never buy from them again.
