Founded in Berlin in 2008, the company soon grew quickly and very soon opened operations in Switzerland and Austria. Following this, the company expanded operations to France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
The company now sells 2.5M products and sells to customers in over 23 languages, processing over 40,000 orders each day.

But the range that Autodoc sells is not restricted to just car parts. The company sells a range of parts for motorcycles and trucks as well.
An important part of their operation is tyre sales.
As well as automotive parts, the Autodoc also produce a range of tutorials to assist motorists and garages alike.
Autodoc.co.uk accepts card payments and PayPal. Shipping charges apply to orders below £140. Items are dispatched within 4 to 5 days of receipt of order.
Items may be returned by an individual up to 14 times, after which charges begin to apply.
The company does offer sale items so it is best to check the website as you order.

Ordered a pair of tyres for my SUV
I’m impressed by how this company works out and treats me as its customer. This time around, I’m specifically impressed by the delivery team. The delivery team brought by ordered pair of tyres well packed, unlike a certain company that I had previously ordered from only for them to bring my tires looking worn out before I even install them. The delivery team was perfect! What’s more, the products are quality and give real value for the money spent. However, if the delivery team could improve on how first they deliver, it would be a great favour to the customers. I highly recommend their products.

I am a regular customer but since the last three orders this company has unfortunately lowered its standard. The prices can be competitive, but the time from placing the order to completion is a few days (even if the goods are in stock), delivery time over two weeks, i.e. from placing the order to delivery about 15-17 days. And on their website it is clearly written that they are processed 24h in 4-7 days delivery, at least that was the case when I placed the order. The best part is that the apologies offer discount coupons for the next order that do not work and cheat the customer, first lower the order amount by another three percent and then change their mind. Calling that they can not do it because the superior does not allow. They promise you will call you back, but do not call back. I advise you to think carefully before you order from this company, sometimes it is better to pay extra and not waste time to check whether the order has already been processed and sent, and then wait two weeks.

Do not use these people. they firstly do not make it clear they are based in Germany, with an order delivery lead time of around 2 weeks.
When my order arrived, i found that the rear discs for my Qashqai did not fit, due to the offset being too great. I ordered these parts using my registration on the autoc website, but the website specified incorrect parts. I complained to autodoc, but they claim that the website may not be correct, and I should have checked with them. The did offer to take back the parts, however would not pay postage. Clearly, the cost of returning these parts to Germany is going to be prohibitive, so I will have to buy replacements locally and sell the autodoc supplied parts on ebay.
What a terrible business these guys are running. Incorrect website, rubbish customer service, no indication of two week delivery timing. I think perhaps it's a legal requirement for any company to fully refund all costs of incorrect goods, but maybe after Brexit, not so. I'm sure autodoc are aware of this and are using it their advantage.
My order has turned out to be an absolute nightmare The website States shipping after 1 or 2 days its now a week later and my order is apparently still being packed keeping my vehicle off the road and preventing a repair from taking place this is not a

Autodoc's customer service is tedious and infuriating. It took MONTHS to sort out my return of a defective item. You can expect a lot of waiting for updates and repeating information you’ve already given, whilst being left out-of-pocket the entire time. I don’t recommend purchasing their £3.95 ‘Safe Order’, especially since most other stores offer that as standard policy. It’s completely useless, non-refundable and doesn’t guarantee better service times.
Despite mailing back the defective item for a refund, Autodoc spent weeks denying they’d received it. I strongly advise documenting everything, from tracked postage to taking photos of the parcel, shipping label and proof of postage. In the end, I only got my money back by filing a chargeback with mountains of evidence to support me.
It is not clear enough that Autodoc are based in Germany, especially since most of their websites use .co.uk domains. These sites include 123spareparts.co.uk, autopartspro.co.uk, bestpartstore.co.uk, buycarparts.co.uk, euspares.co.uk, onlinecarparts.co.uk. This review applies to all these sites, seeing as they’re the same company under different names.
In many aspects, it may seem like Autodoc has great prices but customers tend to be left worse off when things go awry. The time, hassle and stress is not worth the amount of money you think you’ll save.
I bought 5 items service parts
I ordred 5 service parts on the 17.6.22 after having to contact the service time on 4 diffrent occasions to betold items hav taken a little bit longer to dispact but should be here in the nxt 3-5 daysthis was over a week ago. Contacted them again on the 4.7.22 to be told the items are with courier and should be delivered in the nxt 3-5days and they only received the order on the 30.6.22. Overall items good. Service is below par and delivery is even worse.
Exhaust silencer
Ordered a rear silencer for my Honda CRV using their registration number checker on the site. Incorrect item delivered and a returns request initiated which was agreed to, what they don't tell you is the return postage costs have to be paid by the customer !
£23.00 to return to Germany for an item that does not fit is ridiculous.... they sent the wrong item why should I have to pay to send it back ???
YOU MAY THINK YOU'RE SAVING MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY BUT BE WARY YOU DON'T END UP OUT OF POCKET !!
Clutch kit
This company is a joke with no customer service, purchased a clutckit from them to be held for over 3 working days without any information, once I asked for informations about why my part is not posted or no information about part been sent to me I receive information that they run out of stock after I purchased part and I can throw in extra 200 for alternative option, otherwise would be lied to by their " my order status" that part is "being packed" for god knows how long more without any legitmate information :)
