Had booked a tour
My experience with Alpharoom has been terrible and disappointing because the company’s website was withdrawn. I had already made my payment and clicking the links is supposed to redirect us to a form where we can claim our refund. I have been filling that for weeks now and never had a refund until now. They just email you that they are processing your claim but ended up not showing up at all. I will try other ways to see if I can get a refund as early as early December because I would love to book my holiday with another company. It was a scam.
