Subscribed to an 8GB Plan
I have been a constant user of this company’s mobile network and I have subscribed for an 8Gb package monthly. However, last week I had some problems that I can tell were as a result of what. I contacted the customer support team on Tuesday but it was not until Friday did they reply to my email. And unfortunately, when they did, the message wasn’t good too. The company customer support emailed me stating that I should change my subscription to a more expensive package. It is actually the first time the customer support team has let me down. I’m looking forward to the new plan but in case the same happy, I’ll opt-out.
