    Hayu subscription

    I joined for the free trial but it seems it is not easy to cancel their subscription. I consistently get the error messages when I try to watch any of their shows and I know it will not work for me. The app always logs me out whenever I try to watch a show and the audio lags behind. So I have to keep restarting so that I can get the voices synced. This has been happening for a long while and the customer care seems to be clueless. They have great shows and I would have been a happy customer if it was not for these technical issues.

Hayu is a video streaming service provided by Universal Pictures Subscription Television Limited. This video service is one that is focused on streaming reality TV shows. Apart from allowing their subscribers to watch their shows the same day as it is streaming in the US, Hayu also provides them with the opportunity to get exclusive clips about their favourite stars and even grants them access to know the social media of their favourite stars.

Hayu postulates that they offer a wide category of reality TV shows such as Love and Dating reality TV shows, Family-centric reality TV shows such as Chrisley knows best, Home and Design reality TV shows, Music reality TV shows, as well as Lifestyle reality TV shows such as Keeping up with the Kardashians. They also attest that their platform allows their subscribers to watch their shows on their smartphones; on their tablets, or their Kindles; and through their TVs as well as, using Apple TV, their Google Chromecast, Android TV, etc. Although Hayu allows their subscribers to access their services from most internet-enabled devices, the subscriber in question must be within a country where the Hayu service is available such as Australia, Canada, and Hong Kong for it to work. Hayu also allows their users to be able to register up to 5 devices on one account; however, they would only be able to stream programmes from one of these devices at any point in time.
