    Got a refund

    I had booked a flight with easy jet last year but due to COVID complications and the flights were restricted. I contacted Flight Delayed so that they can work on my refund which was worth the fight. Easy jet still held to their word that they wouldn’t refund the amount no matter what happens but the law is beyond everyone. I’m a happy customer of flight delayed because they managed to get back the amount owed. Although the process was long and tiresome, we finally won and I got a refund of the amount!!! I would love to thank the flight delayed for helping me and all the others.
