Bought HP toner cartridges

Printerinks might be a good company in other areas but I would advise that you don't use this company. I have very many reasons based on my experience recently but I’ll focus on the delivery of products. If you want your order delivered within a tight timeline, don’t use Printerinks company. One minute the item is in-stock but immediately you place your order, it is out of stock. The point is, the items become out of stock after they have taken your money. I order some hp toner cartridges but they weren’t delivered for weeks. What’s worse, you can’t even track your order. I asked for a refund and the customer service started hauling insults in my email.
