    Bought a Shoe

    I’m completely disgusted by this company. I ordered a boot from Dr. Martens company, but the shoe I had ordered was definitely what they delivered. I’m a big boy, and therefore I ordered a 10.5 shoe, and the customer service was very responsive in confirming the order and other details. However, during the delivery, I realized that they brought a smaller 9.5 shoe! Since then, about a week after, I have been trying to email the company with no success. When I decided to call them today, I was held waiting for about half an hour, but still, they didn’t help but promised to call back. Very poor customer service!!

About Dr. Martens
Dr Martens is a footwear manufacturing company that was born in 1945 as a result of an innovative idea that led Dr Klaus Maertens to create a shoe with an air-cushioned sole, all in a bid to aid his recovery from a broken foot. After showing the results of his innovation to a mechanical engineer, and university friend, Dr Herbert Funk, they both went on to begin the production of similar shoes. Formal production of their unique footwear began in 1947, and by 1959, their footwear was being advertised in magazines overseas.
