    Ordered two cotton boxers

    I’m completely disappointed with this company’s customer service mainly because they did not help sort my order. I ordered a little late because it was one day to my boyfriend’s birthday, but the company stated that they could not deliver the next day even with me willing to pay for the cost. I had ordered two cotton boxers for my boyfriend to gift him during the birthday, but the company ended up delivering the item 2 days later. They spoilt all the plans I had for his birthday. I wouldn’t recommend a company that has no flexibility in its shipping times. They should organize and have next-day shipping on all their products!!
