Bought Facial Cleanser

I bought two facial cleanser products from Boss the Beauty and honestly, it was the biggest mistake that I got from this company. I was referred to this company by a friend and I thought that I should try it. However, when the delivery team arrived, the facial cleanser products they provided were about to expire. I actually used the product for only one week and the expiry dates hit. I contacted the customer support team informing them about the issue but they have not been replying to my emails for over two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this company because the customer support team is very disappointing.
