    I cannot fault this company for any inconveniences for the short time I have been using it. Recently I reserved and booked a car for Seattle since I was visiting the United States but later changed my mind before the actual day. Therefore, I needed to cancel my reservation within the free cancellation window, but I struggled a lot before successfully canceling. The cancellation button was a little bit hidden, which made me believe that the website's design may not be that easy to use. However, the customer service team is a jewel, and they were perfect. I particularly talked to Bruno when I couldn't find the button, and he could help me within minutes. I would recommend them.
